Terms of Use

1. The service

Humanual helps users reflect on communication, expectations, decisions, lifestyle, work style, relationships, values, stress, and personal instructions. It can generate a report, let users edit or approve selected sections, create audience-specific links, collect feedback, and offer contextual comparisons.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old for the current beta and provide accurate account information. Keep your password private and notify Humanual through the support form if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless prohibited by law.

3. Not professional advice or a validated diagnosis

Humanual content is for reflection, communication, and general information. It is not medical, mental-health, legal, financial, employment, child-custody, or safety advice. The private-beta assessment has not been represented as a clinically validated psychological instrument. Seek qualified professional help for high-stakes decisions.

4. Compatibility limits

A match score describes selected similarities and differences; it does not prove that a person is trustworthy, safe, qualified, healthy, compatible, or unsuitable. Do not use Humanual as an automatic screening or rejection system for employment, housing, education, credit, insurance, dating safety, or other consequential decisions.

5. Your content and permission to operate

You retain rights in information and wording you submit. You grant Humanual the limited permission needed to host, process, generate, display, back up, and transmit that content to operate features you request. Publishing a link authorizes Humanual to show only the approved public profile while that link remains active.

6. Acceptable use

Do not impersonate another person, upload unlawful or infringing content, expose someone else’s private information without permission, harass or discriminate, manipulate referrals, probe or bypass security, scrape the service at scale, use automated accounts without permission, or use scores to make prohibited high-impact decisions.

7. Feedback from other people

Invite feedback only from people who understand how their responses will be used. Feedback reflects another person’s perspective and may be incomplete or wrong. Humanual should keep self-description and external feedback distinguishable rather than silently replacing one with the other.

8. Affiliate resources and rewards

Humanual may award points for referrals or engagement and may link to clearly disclosed affiliate resources. Points are promotional, have no cash value unless a separate program expressly says otherwise, may be limited to prevent abuse, and may be changed or withdrawn. Paid relationships should never determine assessment scores.

9. Availability and beta changes

The service is offered as a private beta and may change, experience interruptions, reset non-production data, or discontinue features. Humanual should take reasonable care but does not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.

10. Suspension and termination

Humanual may restrict or close accounts that threaten users, violate these terms, abuse rewards, create security risk, or expose the service to legal harm. Users may delete their account through Privacy & Control.

11. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. Humanual is not responsible for decisions, conflicts, losses, or harm caused by treating generated content as definitive truth or by information copied from a public link.

12. Changes and contact

Material updates should be communicated inside the service. During the private beta, use the in-product support form for questions or notices. Before commercial launch, these terms must be completed with the operator’s legal name, address, governing law, dispute process, and active contact details.
